Directions

1.)  Driving North on Route 93, take exit 2.

2.)  At the end of the exit, turn left onto Pelham Rd (Rte 97).

3.)  Proceed straight through all of the lights.

4.)  Look for Blackwater Grill on you left, keep going straight.

5.)  You will come to a 4 way stop (Red Blinking Light)

6.)  To the left is Brady Ave, to the right is Brookdale Rd

7.)  Turn right drive about 7 house down on the right.

8.)  There are 2 driveways next to each other, use the 2nd.

9.) It's the Tan house(147) not the Blue one (147A)

10.)  Park in front of the garages. Use the door on the left
